Must have a high rank on the team.

We are making several changes to how our staff operates within SoftVerte, and changes will rely on our new CTM system.

(The update to CTM is posted on our CTM discord)

Splitting Staff Up

We will separate staff teams (kind of).

First you will need to obtain Staff Cert within SoftVerte CTM. This will give you general moderation permissions for our website and discord.

To be staff in one of our games, you will need to obtain a staff certification for that game's CTM.

"What if I am already a staff member with access to these games, do I have to re-train?"

Simple answer, yes.

Long answer, You will keep your Staff cert on the main CTM system. However for the individual games, you will need to re-obtain those certifications.

Other changes:

-Adding more ranks to a role:

Each staff role will now have ranks mostly using a "Level" format.

• Newbie
• Level 1
• Level 2
• Level 3
• Supervisor
• Head

All staff members will start at Newbie.

HR and above will be unaffected.

None of these changes will go into affect until the new CTM system takes effect.

Police Guide

When you join the team, spawn your ASP car, the regular ASP car.

Set your licence plate to 7L-yourcallsign.

Press ESC on your keyboard, press UI apps, add app, add the Police Radar app.

When the radar UI is added and moved to your liking, press on Vehicle Config, press search in the parts tab, search Dashboard Accessory, select "angelo234's Police Radar".

Upon joining the Police team, please connect to the proper Zello Channel. Guide is found in the server's discord.

General Guide

Proper roleplay requires you to be in our BeamMP Server's Discord, when you are in a scene or doing something in general, join a VC call or a Scene call.

For Non-Civilian Teams Only, join the radio channel at all times.

Make sure you have your BeamMP account linked to SoftVerte, also make sure we whitelisted your account.

General/Features

1. Do NOT use the Police Radar unless you are a LEO or given authorization by staff.
2. Do NOT use the CTRL button
3. You can ONLY use Civilian plates unless on a non-civilian team.

Roleplay Rules

1. Do not respawn or repair your car while in roleplay, stop at a gas station or repair shop to repair/respawn.
2. No FRP
3. Remain professional while on a non-civilian team.

Police Rules

1. Do NOT pit unless given permission by dispatch. If dispatch is offline, wait 10 minutes in pursuit and wait for a safe location.
2. When making an arrest, once you cuff the user and officially arrest them, let them go to end roleplay.
3. Do not stop users for running red lights due to BeamMP's unreliability with traffic lights.

Car rules

1. No super quick acceleration or cars with unrealistic acceleration/speed. This is usually determined by the moderator.
