SoftVerte Community Guidelines

Welcome to the SoftVerte community! We’re dedicated to creating a friendly and inclusive environment for everyone. To maintain this, we’ve established some guidelines that all members are expected to follow. By participating in the SoftVerte community, you agree to these guidelines.

Age Requirement

• You must be at least 13 years old to participate in the SoftVerte community.

• Be Respectful: Treat everyone with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, discriminatory remarks, and offensive comments are not tolerated.
• Be Kind: Encourage and support your fellow members. Constructive feedback is welcome, but be mindful of how you express it.

1. Stay On-Topic

• Relevant Discussions: Keep discussions relevant to the topic of the forum or thread. Off-topic posts may be moved or removed by moderators.
• Quality Content: Strive to contribute meaningful and helpful content. Avoid spamming, repetitive posts, and low-effort contributions.

1. No Spam or Self-Promotion

• No Spam: Unsolicited advertisements, repetitive posting, and irrelevant links are not allowed.
• Self-Promotion: Self-promotion is strictly prohibited.

1. Privacy, Safety, and Appropriate Content

• Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information about yourself or others without consent. This includes addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and private messages.
• Stay Safe: Be cautious about sharing sensitive information and be aware of potential scams or phishing attempts.
• No Sexual Content or Messages: Any form of sexual content, inappropriate messages, or explicit discussions is strictly forbidden.
• No Inappropriate Roleplays: Inappropriate or explicit roleplays of any kind are not allowed.

1. Follow the Law

• Legal Compliance: Do not post content that violates any laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, pirated software, copyrighted material, and illegal activities.
• Report Violations: If you notice any illegal content or behavior, report it to the moderators immediately.

1. Intellectual Property

• Respect Intellectual Property: Do not post content that infringes on someone else’s intellectual property rights, including copyrighted material, trademarks, and patents.
• Proper Attribution: When sharing content that isn’t your own, provide appropriate credit and links to the original source.

1. Moderation

• Moderator Authority: Moderators have the authority to enforce these guidelines. Their decisions are final. If you disagree with a moderation decision, contact a moderator privately.
• Appeals: If you believe a moderation decision was unfair, you may appeal to the moderation team through the appropriate channels.

1. Reporting Issues

• Report Misconduct: If you encounter any behavior that violates these guidelines, report it to the moderators. Your reports will be handled confidentially.
• Help Each Other: If you see a member struggling or in need of assistance, offer your help or direct them to the appropriate resources.

1. Account Management

• Single Account Policy: Each member is allowed to create only one account. If you need a second account for your business, you must contact SoftVerte for approval before creating it.

• Positive Environment: Help create a positive and welcoming environment. Share your knowledge, ask questions, and engage with the community.
• Be Active: Participate in discussions, offer solutions, and contribute to the growth and improvement of SoftVerte.
