We are making several changes to how our staff operates within SoftVerte, and changes will rely on our new CTM system.

Splitting Staff Up

We will separate staff teams (kind of).

First you will need to obtain Staff Cert within SoftVerte CTM. This will give you general moderation permissions for our website and discord.

To be staff in one of our games, you will need to obtain a staff certification for that game's CTM.

"What if I am already a staff member with access to these games, do I have to re-train?"

Simple answer, yes.

Long answer, You will keep your Staff cert on the main CTM system. However for the individual games, you will need to re-obtain those certifications.

Other changes:

-Adding more ranks to a role:

Each staff role will now have ranks mostly using a "Level" format.

• Newbie
• Level 1
• Level 2
• Level 3
• Supervisor
• Head

All staff members will start at Newbie.

HR and above will be unaffected.

None of these changes will go into affect until the new CTM system takes effect.
